Cancel through the Manage subscription link in your Paddle email or at paddle.net before the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewal. Paid access remains until the end of the paid period, within the remaining allowance, unless a refund or another access restriction applies. Cancel the free trial before its end to avoid the first subscription charge.
Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Request a refund at khito.reputation@gmail.com or paddle.net, providing your purchase email, transaction ID and reason. Requests are handled under applicable law and Paddle’s refund policy; statutory rights are not excluded. Approved Paddle refunds are processed through Paddle. Refund timing depends on the payment method. A refunded paid period may have its access withdrawn.
